Community Agreement

  1. We move with intention and integrity.

    • We move at the speed of trust.

    • We show up with love, not obligation.

    • We work hard, play hard, and stay committed without forgetting the joy.

    • We act with integrity, determination, and empathy—remembering we never know what someone else is going through.

  2. We treat each other with respect and care.

    • We try not to take things personally, and we approach conflict with openness and care.

    • If there is an issue, we bring it up with the goal of reconnecting.

    • We acknowledge harm when it happens and apologize sincerely.

    • We treat one another with kindness, avoiding hurtful words or actions.

  3. We embrace growth and feedback.

    • We welcome feedback as an opportunity to grow.

    • We aim for balance: striving for excellence without sacrificing fun.

    • We remain flexible and open-minded to growth, individually and collectively.

    • We check in with ourselves and reflect on how we project toward others.

  4. We communicate and hold ourselves accountable.

    • We communicate instead of disappearing—no ghosting.

    • We share when we’re stressed or need space, rather than leaving others in the dark.

    • There are no stupid questions; curiosity is always welcome.

    • Embarrassment only has the power we choose to give it.

    • We balance individualism with collectivism, leaving ego at the door and creating a safe space together.

    • We celebrate each other’s wins—big and small—and give everyone their flowers.

    • We support one another inside and outside of “community hours.”

    • We use our shared spaces (like group chat) as tools for connection, when we feel comfortable.

  6. We honor freedom and self-awareness.

    • We remember we always have the freedom to step back or remove ourselves if needed.

    • We allow ourselves the space and freedom to mess up, learn, and try again.

    • We honor our unique selves while honoring the collective we are building together.
